Mali is a drought-prone and complex country in Africa. Armed conflict in the country has forced hundreds of thousands of Malians to flee their homes. Over 500 schools have closed, while some were shut down by radical groups, forcing children to flee and become separated from their families.

The conflict is making it increasingly challenging to reach the people of Mali. World Vision, through our Raw Hope programs, is addressing key concerns for families living in Internally Displaced Person (IDP) camps which include child malnutrition, health and education.

Cash distribution is one way your donations are directly benefitting girls, boys, men and women in Mali IDP camps. Cash allows families to access the essentials they need quickly, including medicine, food, water and clothing.
